These terms

These terms apply when you use this website or submit an enquiry through it. The contracting entity is [To be provided before launch: contracting entity name, registered address and registration number]. SecureC is a brand of SecureCelullar.

What this website is

This site describes our services and lets you contact us. The content is provided for general information. It is not legal, audit or regulatory advice, and reading it does not create an advisory relationship.

What we do not claim

  • We are not a certification body and not an auditor. Certification and attestation are performed by independent, appropriately qualified organizations.
  • Nothing here guarantees that you will achieve or maintain compliance, or that any assessment will produce a particular outcome.
  • Compliance with a framework is not the same as being secure, and we will not suggest otherwise.
  • Product visuals on this site use fictional example data, labelled as such.

Services are contracted separately

Any engagement—readiness support, security testing, monitoring or training—is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, authorization, service levels, fees, confidentiality and liability. These website terms do not create any service commitment.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to this site or its underlying systems, except as expressly permitted by our responsible disclosure policy;
  • interfere with the availability or integrity of the site, including through automated load;
  • submit content that is unlawful, or that infringes the rights of others;
  • submit another person’s personal data without a lawful basis; or
  • use the site to send credentials, confidential security findings or other sensitive material.

Your submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send us, and you confirm you are entitled to share it. We handle personal data as described in our privacy notice.

Intellectual property

The content, design, illustrations and code of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may read, quote and link to it with attribution; you may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.

Third-party links

Where we link to standards bodies, regulators or other third parties, we do so for reference. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not promise uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw content at any time.

No warranty for website content

The content of this site is provided “as is”. We take care to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or suitable for your particular circumstances. Regulatory and framework requirements change, and their application depends on facts we do not know about your organization. Do not act on this site alone: take advice appropriate to your situation.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, arising from your use of this website.

Our total liability arising out of or in connection with your use of this website is limited to [To be provided before launch: liability cap, to be set by legal].

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law that applies to you — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case the exclusions above apply only so far as that jurisdiction permits.

These limits apply to your use of this website. Liability for paid engagements is dealt with in the separate written agreement for that work, and that agreement prevails over this page.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising out of them or your use of this website are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of [To be provided before launch: seat of jurisdiction — city, to be set by legal] have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may bring proceedings to protect our intellectual property in any competent court, and except where the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Legal notices should be sent to [To be provided before launch: notice address for legal correspondence]. For any other matter, including security reports, email avijit.chakraborty@securecelullar.com.
