Privacy notice

In short

This website has one form. If you use it, we receive your name, work email, phone number, company name, optionally your company domain and message, and a record of your consent. We use those details to reply to you. We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for advertising, and this site sets no cookies.

Who we are

This notice explains how SecureC, a brand of SecureCelullar, handles personal data collected through this website. What we collect

We only collect what you send us. Through this website that means:

• Contact form: your name, work email address, phone number and company name; optionally your company domain and the message you write; and a record that you gave consent, with the time you gave it.
• Campaign attribution: if you arrived through a campaign link, the campaign parameters in that link and the page you came from within this site. This is held in your browser’s session storage and submitted with the form.
• Technical data: the information your browser sends to our hosting provider in the normal course of serving a page, such as IP address, user agent and the page requested.

We do not ask for special category data. Please do not send confidential security findings, credentials, or personal data about other people through this form. If you need to report a vulnerability, use our responsible disclosure process instead.

Why we use it, and on what basis

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a discovery conversation — on the basis of your consent, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.
• To provide services if you become a customer — on the basis of performing a contract with you.
• To keep records we are required to keep — on the basis of our legal obligations.

We do not make automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Nothing you send through this form produces a compliance score, verdict or rating.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is handled by our own team. We share personal data only with the service providers needed to operate this site and to receive your message — our website hosting provider and our email provider — each under contract and only for that purpose. No customer relationship management system, marketing platform or advertising network receives data from this website today. If that changes, this notice will be updated before the change goes live.

We may also disclose personal data where we are legally required to, or to establish or defend legal claims.

International transfers

We operate from India and serve customers in other regions, so personal data may be transferred across borders — including to our hosting and email providers. Where a transfer requires a safeguard, we rely on the standard contractual clauses or another mechanism permitted by the applicable law, and we will provide a copy of the safeguard on request.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for.

• Enquiries that do not become customer relationships: up to 24 months from our last contact with you, then deleted.
• Enquiries that become customer relationships: for the life of the relationship, and afterwards for as long as we are required to retain records.
• Consent records: kept for as long as we need to show that consent was given.
• Campaign attribution in your browser: cleared when you close the browser tab.

Your rights

Depending on where you are and which law applies, you may have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• receive your data in a portable form;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting past processing;
• nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity, where India’s DPDP framework provides for it; and
• complain to a supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these, email avijit.chakraborty@securecelullar.com. We will respond within the period required by the law that applies to you, and we may need to verify your identity first. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts. It stores one item in your browser’s session storage to carry campaign attribution through to the form, which is cleared when you close the tab. No analytics provider is in use. If analytics is introduced, it will be consent-based and this notice and our cookie notice will be updated first.

Children

This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We describe the controls we operate on our security page. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the data you send us. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please use our responsible disclosure process.

Changes to this notice

When we change this notice we will update the date at the top. Where a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to tell you before it takes effect.
